Dr. Banas is the owner and founder of www.mypersonaltriathloncoach.com. He is a Certified Sports Chiropractor, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture, a USA Certified Triathlon Coach, and a three time Ironman finisher.
After, years of struggling with fad diets, gimmick supplements, and ineffective exercise programs, Dr. Jeff had enough. He began studying exercise physiology, nutrition, and various training methods. He found a system that works and lost over 60 pounds.

Mark Klion, M.D.
Dr. Mark Klion is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with specialty training in sports medicine. After receiving a Bachelors degree from St. Lawrence University, he went on to obtain his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Dr. Klion performs the newest techniques for cartilage repair, regeneration, and meniscal transplantation. Dr. Klion has extensive experience with arthroscopic rotator cuff repairs and shoulder stabilization procedures.
Dr. Klion's outside interests include triathlon participation that has led him to complete 9 Ironman triathlons including Hawaii Ironman 2000 and 2001. He has published numerous articles on sports medicine issues and has appeared on both regional and national radio and television programs. He is active in the triathlon and endurance community providing lectures about sports medicine related issues to local clubs and groups. Daniel L. Dodson, Ph.D, A.T.C.
Dr. Daniel Dobson the CEO of www.pr2systems.com. He is an athletic trainer for 16 years on the collegiate and professional levels.He worked with the United States Olympic Committee at the 2004 Summer Games in Athens Greece.He has also worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the San Francisco Giants as a Minor League Athletic Trainer. He currently volunteers with USA Track and Field and has done other volunteer work with the United States Olympic Committee.
Lori Tindall
Lori is the founder and owner of E7 Yoga and http://www.theyogaoftriathlon.com/ Lori began her yoga studies as a child, and then became a yoga teacher and personal fitness trainer in 1993. Running became her cross training after teaching Spinning classes and long road miles. After encouragement from one of her students, she began the sport of triathlon in 1996. A natural progression from her work as a personal fitness trainer, she then became a USA Triathlon Certified Coach in 2000.

Nancy Clark, MS, RD, CSSD is an internationally known sports nutritionist and nutrition author. She is a registered dietitian (RD) who specializes in nutrition for exercise, health and the nutritional management of eating disorders. She is board certified as a specialist in sports dietietics (CSSD).
