Half Marathon Training Plans

Here you will find a variety of half marathon training plans. Some of the plans are in workoutlog. You can track your progress and enter in as much information as you wish.

Customized training, weight loss, and nutrition plans built specifically for you and personally reviewed by your triathlon and weight loss coach, Dr. Jeff, for only $59.00 a month!

Working with me is very simple and straight forward. I charge $59.00 a month. For that you get as much as me as you need to achieve your triathlon or weight loss goals. You can call or e-mail me anytime and as often as you need. It is that simple.

Here is a 22 Week Beginner Half Marathon Program. 13.1 mile run. This program is through workout log so you can keep track of your progress. This program does not just have you running all the time. It includes some strength training and some biking. If you miss a day just go onto the next day. The most important workouts are the Sunday runs.
