20 week Half Ironman - Workout Log
This program was made for an athlete for the Silverman Half Ironman 2008. This was his first 1/2 Irondistance. This training program is uploaded in workout log. You will be able to enter your daily training, so you can track your progress. Using this plan he finished the Silverman 1/2 Iron man in 6:32. The day was cold, rainy, and windy.
